Everyone has the right to prioritize their own health. The process of empowering individuals to take charge of their health and make positive changes to it is known as health promotion [1]. Acording to the World Health Organization, a healthy lifestyle is one in which one takes measures to lower one’s probability of developing a major illness or dying at an early age [2]. In developing countries, non-communicable diseases are the primary reason for hospitalization and death.
