Withdrawal Policy
Authors may withdraw their manuscript at different stages of the publication process, subject to the following conditions:
- Before Peer Review: Authors can withdraw their submission at no cost before the manuscript enters the peer-review process.
- During Peer Review: Manuscripts under review may be withdrawn upon request, without any withdrawal fee.
- After Acceptance: If an author wishes to withdraw their manuscript after formal acceptance, a withdrawal fee of $150 will be charged to compensate for editorial processing and administrative efforts.
- After Proofwork and Final PDF Preparation: If the manuscript has progressed to the proofing stage and the final PDF has been prepared, 50% of the APC will be charged as withdrawal compensation, considering the extensive work already completed.
Procedure for Withdrawal: Authors who wish to withdraw their manuscript must submit a written request through email or use the contact form available on the journal's website. The request must include the manuscript title, and a reason for withdrawal.
Authors are advised to consider withdrawal decisions carefully and communicate their request at the earliest stage possible to avoid unnecessary delays and fees.
